• • To continue with the registration process, you'll first need to sign into the system.
  • If you're an existing member, you may have already been issued or created your own password. If so, enter it below along with your email address.

• If you're a new user (never registered on this site before) or you don't know your password, enter only your email address and submit this form. A new password will be emailed to you immediately. You can then use the issued password to login.

• When registering a player for a team, select the appropriate division registration based on the player's birth year.
  • Fill out or confirm the adult info and submit.
  • Once the first adult info is complete, you will be able to add a second adult ora child.
  • Please use your childsgiven name on his/her Birth Certificate. Nicknames, if used, can be added as additional information.
  • Click the register button next to the childs name you would like to register. Adults do not need to register themselves.
